2. Description of Service

Danshuwasub provides virtual top-up services including but not limited to airtime purchase, data bundle subscription, utility bill payments, and other digital services ("Services").

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Danshuwasub, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Transactions and Payments

All transactions are final once completed. You agree that:

  • Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We are not liable for failed third-party network provider transactions (we will refund your wallet for failed transactions)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danshuwasub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Danshuwasub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Danshuwasub operates.
